Bulk download from Fatture e Corrispettivi: all invoices in Excel
How to download all issued and received invoices from the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) portal and get a single Excel sheet or a dashboard.
What you need
- Access to the reserved area of the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) with SPID, CIE or CNS (the Italian digital identity, electronic ID card or national services card), or a delegation to an intermediary such as your accountant.
- Enrolment in the e-invoice consultation service, if you haven't done it yet: without it, the invoices can neither be viewed nor downloaded from the portal.
Downloading the invoices from the portal
In the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal
you request invoices in bulk from “Consultazioni e download massivi” (consultations and bulk downloads), by period and separately for issued and received invoices.
The portal returns ZIP archives with the invoice files (often .xml.p7m) and the related metadata files.
All the steps, with screenshots and ready-made request files for every quarter, are in the guide to the bulk download step by step.
From ZIP to Excel
- Open e-invoices.it and select all the ZIP files together, issued and received. There's no need to extract them. One company at a time: with the ZIP files of several clients in the same upload, the dashboard picks only one company.
- Choose Excel summary: you get a single file with one row per invoice and separate sheets for line items, VAT summaries, payments and withholding tax, ready for filters and pivot tables.
- Or choose Dashboard: revenue and costs month by month, main customers and suppliers, VAT by rate and due dates.
The metadata files of the bulk download are not counted as invoices, but they are read: in the dashboard they also show how long it took to send the issued invoices to the SdI and the VAT deduction period of the received ones.
How many invoices can I upload?
Without registering, up to 20 invoices at a time. For a complete bulk download, sign in with your email: we send you a sign-in link, no password. You can try it first with the sample ZIP, a year of invoices from a fictitious company.
